All services are delivered under formal engagement and agreed scope.
Professional Engagement
Services are provided based on mutual agreement, and clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete financial information necessary for proper service delivery.
Qounting shall not be liable for inaccuracies arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients.
Regulatory Compliance
While we provide expert advisory services aligned with UAE regulations, the ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with the client’s business entity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
